Here’s a question in 3 parts from Isto and a cool, weird video….

TENSION IN THE FACE

I have been doing the Code of the Natural exercises over a month. I
have sexier walk, I look sexier and I love my body more. TMJ and Eye
exercise have helped me to deal bad emotions around my eyes. (I feel
like my eyes and face are heavy because lot of emotions just gather
there) If is possibly that you show more exercises about this area?.
***My Thoughts***
Here’s a ancient martial arts technique to energize the face and
release any tension held there… and me messing up the delivery!!!

CRAZY WOMEN… THEN INVISIBLE

But I wonder that sometimes when I have done the exercises women will
check me out and when I go in a night club crazy shit happens. But
sometimes I am just invisible to a woman. They do not even notice me.
Is this normal?
***My Thoughts***
In my experience when women are checking you out it is because
you are more comfortable in your skin and in the flow. Women pick up
on your free flowing body as a sign that you are a comfortable man
and this triggers their attraction. However if you focus too much on
women looking at you, you will create tension in your body because
you are being needy… you are ‘needing’ their attention. ‘Naturals’
do not need the women they are with, thus driving the women crazy
with desire. Women easily sense this needy vibe.
A good example of this is the cat experiment where they let a cat
into a
room full of seated people and the cat would always approach the
person showing the least interest in the cat.

This is hard and something I have taken a while to understand. All
I can say here is the more you look after yourself and release
tension and therefore trapped emotions, the less needy a vibe your
body will give off…making you more and more attractive to women.
Remember your thoughts affect your body and visa versa, so focus on
what you want… not what you don’t want.

SCAPULAR MATRIX

And when I do Scapular Matrix, I find that my weight is too much for
my hand. Is is possibly to make this exercise less heavier? And here
is the request. Can you put Instant Confidence In minute flat and
Cool chest matrix videos somewhere where Code Of the Natural
subscribers can download them?
***My Thoughts***
Until you are ready to do the full position of the scapular matrix,
simply drop down onto your knees and perform the exercise. The
further your knees are away from your body the harder it is. When
this becomes too easy move to knees off the floor and if you want
to do 10 but can only manage 6 full ones, drop down onto the knees
to complete the set. Try to do one more each time:)
