Here is cool routine by one of my friends Ryan Crandall to keep you loose as a goose over the weekend.
Its called the 4 minute oil change and has the most effect, as with all bodywork, if it is done consistently. Take for instance my cats, they stretch after every single position that they have held for more than 10 minutes… which is why they are so flexible and agile. If you stretch everyday you will also get 8 extra lives
Anyways.. here is the routine combining 3d moves and yoga… Enjoy!
