    After reading Sperm Wars I am convinced that the body plays a role in mating. What other areas does the body play in driving things like how we move, how we exercise and how we can get better at attraction?

    you said at about 5:30 it will strecth would this make you taller? not that i care i’m about 6 foot 3 inchs probabily a little taller since i got your ebook

    Thannk you for the Glue HIps routine!

    I just started them and my right side is more tight, less range but it feels like I need to do the right side too. The left side has taken to them easily.

    I play Judo. I tried these exercises and it improoved my performance in combat! I felt my hips and femurs more loose. That was really good to achieve! Thanks Rob!
