Is there anywhere on the programme where you actually demostrate the ideal walk?
I understand the exercises will free up my pelvis but what am I aiming for ideally?
I look forward to hearing from you,
Kind regards
Nigel
Hi Nigel,
Your question about the walk is a very good one. It made me realize
that I haven’t really explained what is ideal.
To answer you question… it is very personal to the individual because
everyone has a different body. However their are principles to a great
walk… Relaxation, rotation at hips and shoulders, low tension in
connective tissue and a slower speed. Also a little bounce is great which shows
an efficient walk and fascial/spiderman suit system.
If you follow my exercises you will not have to think about these…they
will happen automatically.
Very Important… you must not think about walking well!!! let the reprogramming from my exercises do their job
If you think about walking cool… women will put you in the CREEPY ZONE
George Clooney in the clips below shows a great walk see my comments above the videos of
what he is showing.
hope that helps
cheers and thanks for the great question
Rob
In this first video George is displaying everything for a good walk
Good posture… head upright and shoulders are relaxed, his whole body is easy and relaxed.
Stride length… crucial to displaying flow in hips… even when he speeds up his walk he still has a long stride.
Rotation… his torso has good rotation when he moves… although he has more rotation to the right with a possible pelvis rotation to the left and this may be coming from his left leg when its behind him or most probably from an old injury to his right leg which is more noticeable in the second video.
Bounce… he has a little bounce… good mindset, confident and happy guy, also shows good spring from good biomechanics.
In this second video, George shows again good presence with his movement and walk but you can see he collapses into his right leg and spends more time on his left leg when he walks and rotates more to the right with his upper body.
However this asymetry is not a problem because he has low tone, good posture and good mobility/stability in his hips. This flow in the hips is crucial for attracting women and portraying and confident masculine walk… if you haven’t already got it I still have my 50% discount off on my Turn Her On Hip release program until the end of January.
Check it out here…Turn Her On
Post your comments on who you think has a great walk!
cheers Rob
