Just wanted to drop a quick hello in here. I am starting this for the first time today and want to use it to pass on some of the great information I learn and read about everyday to you guys.

Thats some kewl stuff man. Really feel the difference in that press up workout. I was so bored of doing press ups before that demo. Ive only done 5 mins on it and im wrecked. Ive felt new tensions in my pecs ive never felt before. Proof thats it hitting more of the muscle. This is a serious chest workout. Great stuff. Lets see what else ya got?…

I got your “Code of the Natural” ebook and it’s awesome. I’ve been doing the stretching and strength exercises for a week and I notice a big difference – more loose, more open and relaxed, and far more looks from women.
What I really like about it is it’s compatible with my regular workout, easy to learn and very effective. Thanks for a great product!
