Working out is when you go to the gym or run in the park. You expend energy to do it and need time to recover afterwards. It stresses your sympathetic nervous system and is great for changing body shape. Working in, however, is the opposite where you finish with more energy than when you first started… as this video by Paul Chek, my friend and mentor, explains.

This type of exercise helps you attract women by (more ways than just these 5)…
1.relaxing your muscles and fascia… Stimulates relaxation in women/Shows confidence.
2.Improving your health… Women scan for this.
3.Helping regulate digestion… Flat stomach
4.Increasing Energy and vitality… Great for libido and women can sense this.
5.Improving posture through breathing… Alpha, confident movement and stature.

I have had great success with getting changes to my body and my movement by using this
type of exercise. The Breathing Squat in my book is one of these exercises but any movement that
is slow and gentle such as slow walking will do the trick.
