Rob,

Firstly, I want to say that I bought your ebook and noticed an
instant difference in the way women react to me.  The very first night
I did the exercises, I had to walk across my apartment complex to go
console a friend, and the very first women who saw me, (a tall
beautiful blonde) literally stopped me, asked me what I was doing, and
why I wasn’t doing it with her (and giggled).

I’m consider myself a decent looking guy, but I can tell you that this has never happened to me.  Interestingly, I had actually purposely avoided eye contact, and
even sped up to avoid the girl, just to see if it was the walk, not
strong eye contact or something else.

The next day was the same, I was at the supermarket with my friends, and I walked in front of them and apparently a girl who was walking behind me- stopped, looked me up and down, giggled, and then went “damn”.

When I walk, I feel as if I’m gliding along. I put on James Brown, and I can almost keep up with him dancing.  I never expected such a profound difference, especially
so quick; your methods are extraordinary.

My question is this, I’ve spent much of my life with stuck
shoulders that roll forward and slump.  This has resulted in poor
posture, which has caused neck and back pain, dysfunctional shoulder
blades, and hamstring injuries while playing soccer.  I did the
exercises in the ebook and can move my shoulder blades for the first
time in years.  The problem is my chest seems to keep pulling my
shoulders forward again (I haven’t had any luck with the self-manual
release technique).

Are there any exercises you might recommend that
will allow my shoulders to remain pulled back.  I trust that your dvd
series will address this in great detail, but I don’t know when that’s
coming out, and, as a poor college student, will probably not be able
to afford it any time soon.

Cool that the ladies are starting to check you out…
when you start to move without restriction and with flow
you will naturally start to trigger attraction in women:)

Most people do not understand that Attraction and Movement are not choices!!But we do… so bring
on the ladies:)

I understand the issue with the chest, it is very common. There might
be an underlying reason for the hamstring and back/neck problems
but that is beyond the scope of this email.
