Mr Burns’ Back 3 Comments

Topics: Attraction Movement

Do you stand or walk like Mr Burns?

Here are some of my thoughts on the Mr Burns Back Syndrome.
The worrying thing is it happens so easily with computers and lack
of movement in your everyday life.

In this video I talk about one of the key points in the body for causing
this issue and how it creates an unconfident creepy vibe… like Mr Burns:)

Look out for the cat falling off the table… I just think he wanted to pull the camera
down to shut me up.

No a bag doesn’t mean you will have a bad posture but if you always carry it on one side
it can stretch the shoulder on that side. A rucksack spaces the weight evenly across the shoulders
so this is of course better. If you have a fixed upper back and you carry a bag in one hand especially
if your a women it can cause you to excessively swing one arm which looks ‘uncool’ :)
