		<description>No a bag doesn&#039;t mean you will have a bad posture but if you always carry it on one side
it can stretch the shoulder on that side. A rucksack spaces the weight evenly across the shoulders
so this is of course better. If you have a fixed upper back and you carry a bag in one hand especially
if your a women it can cause you to excessively swing one arm which looks &#039;uncool&#039; :)
